Course Information

Start Times
Our scheduled public and bespoke courses run from 9.30am to 4.30pm with an hour for lunch. Coffee & tea is available from 9.30am. Biscuits and refreshments are available throughout the day.

Training Rooms - Leamington Spa
We have two in-house, air conditioned training rooms. Training courses are run on 20" iMac computers which can be switched between Mac and Windows mode.

Our Leamington training rooms allow for hands-on training of a maximum of 8 delegates, or 20-25 people in a seminar environment. 

Training Rooms - London
We have two air conditioned training rooms - both allowing us to train a maximum of 8 delegates. Training courses are run on 20" iMac computers (switchable between Mac and Windows mode).

Training Room - Leeds
We have one air conditioned training room equipped with 15" MacBook Pro laptops (switchable between Mac and Windows mode).  This allows for hands-on training of a maximum of 8 delegates.  

Course Bookings & Payment
Courses places can be easily reserved online or by giving us a call. Once we receive your booking we will contact you by phone to confirm your requirements. Payment can be accepted online at the time of booking (by credit/debit card) or in response to an invoice. 

If you have chosen the Invoice option, payment is required prior to attending a course and can be paid for using either cheque (payable to Symbiosis), credit card or BACS transfer. Bank details will be provided with your invoice. (View Symbiosis Terms & Conditions) .

On-Site Training
Some of our clients require the flexibility of on-site training - they may need to train many individuals or require access to one or more individuals during the day. 

In this instance, a Symbiosis trainer will deliver the course from your site - either using your computers or bringing our own. (We have a flight cased, mobile training solution specifically for this purpose and which allows us to cater for up to 7 delegates and the trainer - this includes an LCD projector). 

Please note, travel and expenses will be charged as extra for any course run at a client's office or external venue.
